Fresh chives (.25 cup)

Fresh parsley (0.5 cup)

Fresh dill (.25 cup)

Black pepper and sea salt (to taste)

Lemon zest (1 tablespoon)

Halibut fillets (4)

Olive oil (1 tablespoon)



1. Heat the air fryer to reach 390 Fahrenheit / 199 Celsius.

2. Chop the chives, dill, and parsley. Prepare the lemon zest until it is finely grated. Combine all the dry ingredients: parsley, pork rinds, chives, lemon zest, dill, black pepper, sea salt, and olive oil.

3. Rinse the halibut thoroughly and drain it on a layer of absorbent paper.

4. Prepare a baking sheet that fits into the pot. Pour the peel over the fish and press well.

5. Add the prepared fillets to the fryer basket to cook for 1/2 hour to serve.
