Egg white (3 tablespoons or 1 egg)

Raw shrimp (1 lb./450 g)

AP flour (0.5 cup)

Panko Breadcrumbs (.75 cup)

Paprika (1 tsp.)

Pepper and salt (to taste)

McCormick’s Grill Mates Montreal Chicken Seasoning

Cooking oil spray (if needed)


For the sauce:

Sriracha (2 tablespoons)

Low-fat Greek yogurt (0.33 cup)

Sweet Chili Sauce (.25 cup)



1. Heat the air fryer to 400 Fahrenheit / 204 Celsius.

2. Peel and remove the prawns. Add the toppings.

3. Use three bowls for the breadcrumbs, egg whites, and flour.

4. Dip the shrimp in the flour, egg and breadcrumbs.

5. Lightly spray the prawns and add them to the fryer basket for four minutes. Turn over the shrimp over and cook for another four minutes.

6. Watch the last few minutes to prevent it from burning. Assemble the sauce toppings and serve with the prawns.
