Gyro Breakfast Patties with Tzatziki

Ingredients:
Patties:
2 pounds (907 g) ground lamb or beef
1/2 cup diced red onions
1/4 cup sliced black olives
2 tablespoons tomato sauce
1teaspoon dried oregano leaves
1 teaspoon Greek seasoning
1cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon fine sea salt
Tzatziki:
1 cup full-fat sour cream
1 small cucumber, chopped
1/2 teaspoon fine sea salt
1/2 teaspoon garlic, or 1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 teaspoon dried dill weed, or 1 teaspoon finely chopped fresh dill
For Garnish/Serving:
1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
Diced red onions
Sliced black olives
Sliced cucumbers
Directions:
1. Preheat the air fryer to 350F (177C).
2. Place the ground lamb, onions, olives, tomato sauce, oregano, Greek seasoning, garlic, and salt in a large bowl. Mix well to combine the ingredients.
3. Using your hands, form the mixture into sixteen 3-inch patties. Place about 5 of the patties in the air fryer and air fry for 20 minutes, flipping halfway through. Detach the patties and place them on a serving platter. Repeat with the remaining patties.
4. While the patties cook, make the Tzatziki: Place all the ingredients in a small bowl and stir well. Close and set in the fridge until ready to serve. Garnish with ground black pepper before serving.
5. Serve the patties with a dollop of Tzatziki, a sprinkle of crumbled feta cheese, diced red onions, sliced black olives, and sliced cucumbers.
