Salmon Burgers

Ingredients:
3 large russet potatoes, peeled and cubed
1 (6-oz.) cooked salmon fillet
1 egg 3/4 cup frozen vegetables (of your choice), parboiled and drained
2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
1 teaspoon fresh dill, chopped
Salt and ground black pepper, as required
1 cup breadcrumbs
1/4 cup olive oil
Directions:
1. In a pan of the boiling water, cook the potatoes for about 10 minutes.
2. Drain the potatoes well.
3. Set the potatoes into a bowl and mash with a potato masher.
4. Set aside to cool completely.
5. In another bowl, add the salmon and flake with a fork.
6. Add the cooked potatoes, egg, parboiled vegetables, parsley, dill, salt and black pepper and mix until well combined.
7. Make 6 equal-sized patties from the mixture.
8. Coat patties with breadcrumb evenly and then drizzle with the oil evenly.
9. Choose “Power Button” of Air Fry Oven and turn the dial to select the “Air Fry” mode.
10. Choose the Time button and again turn the dial to set the cooking time to 12 minutes.
11. Now press the Temp button and rotate the dial to set the temperature at 355 degrees F.
12. Press “Start/Pause” button to start.
13. When the unit beeps to show that it is preheated, open the lid.
14. Arrange the patties in greased “Air Fry Basket” and insert in the oven.
15. Flip the patties once halfway through.
16. Serve hot.
